  • - Our products are shipped on two different schedules:

    • - Purchases made before 13:00 (GMT-7) are shipped the same day.
    • - Purchases made after 13:00 (GMT-7) will be shipped the next day before noon.

  • - At the moment of purchasing you will reach a menu where you will be asked for your information, which will be generated tat the moment of completing your purchase and will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

  • Is there a minimum purchase?
  • - We do not set a minimum purchase 

  • How can I check the delivery date or tracking number?
  • - When your merchandise's shipment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and with this you will be able to track it from the parcel's website.

    - If you did not receive the e-mail for any reason, you may log in to your account and view it directly in your backorders.

  • What is the deadline to purchase?
  • - You may purchase all day long. However, we only ship twice a day, once before 1:00 p.m. which ensures delivery within 3 to 5 days and once after 3:00 p.m. which ensures delivery within 4 to 6 days after your purchase's completion.
