- How long does it take to ship a product?
- - Purchases made before 13:00 (GMT-7) are shipped that same day.
- - Purchases made after 13:00 (GMT-7) will be shipped the next day before noon.

- How will my bills be sent to me?
- At the moment of purchasing, you will reach a menu where you will be asked for your information, which will be generated at the moment of completing your purchase, and will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

- Is there any minimum purchase?
- We do not establish a minimum purchase, although we suggest making a minimum purchase of $ 1500 Mexican pesos to obtain free shipping.
- How can you check the delivery date or the tracking number?
- When the shipment of your goods is confirmed, you will receive an email with the guide number and with this you can follow up from the parcel page.
- If you did not receive the email for any reason you can log in to your account and see it directly on your pending orders.
- What is the deadline to purchase?
- You may purchase all day long. However, we only ship twice a day, once before 1:00 p.m. which ensures delivery within 3 to 5 days and once after 3:00 p.m. which ensures delivery within 4 to 6 days after your purchase's completion.
