SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments
The following terms apply to all shipments within Mexico.
Prices posted on our website www.tannerherramientas.com, do NOT include any shipping costs except where expressly stated otherwise, and our prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
In all shipping requests the customer agrees to provide a valid and fully traceable address within Mexico where the order can be delivered. (All deliveries are subject to the selected parcel service coverage, especially in door to door services). In case of providing an untraceable address the customer agrees to cover any additional cost. (In case of doubts with our coverage areas please check with our customer service, webstore@tannerherramientas.com)
All shipments made by any of our branches are perfectly packed, in case your order is delivered with visible physical damage by the parcel service, you must indicate with a note before signing the manifest to the parcel service courier, indicating that the package has visible damage or signs of abuse (opened, beaten, punctured, wet, wrapped, broken box or removed Tanner seal, etc.). Without this note you confirm that you receive the package in full conformity. If the courier delivery person does not allow you to add a note on the delivery manifest, you should not receive the package for any reason.
In case you suspect that the package delivered by the courier service does not match the one you purchased, you should not receive it indicating the reasons to the courier service person and you should report it to us immediately to make the clarification with your order or invoice number.
Once you have received the package or authorized personnel at the delivery address, you have maximum 24 hours to report anomalies for physical damage or missing items in your order, after this period of time any exchange or claim will not proceed.
Delivery coverage areas
Coverage areas extend to all states of Mexico where the parcel services have coverage, and this service is limited to the availability of such service's provider. This service is also subject to the following conditions: political, climatological, war conflicts or any other condition that limits the parcel services correct operation.
We are limited to process orders in which the following cases arise:
· Orders with incomplete address.
· Orders without confirmed payment.
· Orders placed through a parcel service other than the one offered in our online store.
· Special arrangement shipment requests from any parcel service.

Standard shipment:
Standard shipping is made by the parcel company PAQUETEXPRESS. Shipping prices are calculated according to the purchase volumetric weight and distance from our shipping branch in Chihuahua, Chih. to the destination.
Once your order has been processed, if in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday through Friday), arriving at their destination within 3 to 5 days.
The cost of such shipping is specified before completing your purchase, in purchases where the products total weight is less than 60 kilograms, while in purchases with a weight greater than 60 kilograms will not be charged for shipping and this will be specified in $0.
Sometimes a $0 cost will be displayed because your zip code is in an area with no coverage.
When a $0 shipping cost is specified, our team will contact you to arrange a shipping method, in the case that the destination address is not within our coverage, we can ship to the nearest branch (occurs) to the destination address, and this will be by mutual agreement.
Express shipment:
Our parcel services include Express shipping services for fast delivery. The next day service is a delivery service before noon the following day, after the package is documented at the branch, the 48 hours service is shipped and delivered within 48 hours after the package is documented at the branch.

IMPORTANT:
Shipments placed on backorder or restocking status may take an extra 1 to 2 days due to customs issues.
In case of requesting material on backorder or in restocking status, please contact our customer service for further information.
While the restocking product is in transit, it is not possible to ensure a day or time of delivery and it is subject to the provisions imposed by the customs services and the parcel service.
If your order includes products in restocking status and others in stock, you will be charged for each shipment.
Machinery shipments
For shipments of machinery or equipment exceeding 60 kg, it is necessary to contact us at customer service for a quote on shipping and insurance costs.
No shipping service includes insurance, if required please contact customer service.
Our shipping service does not include loading and unloading maneuvers, these must be requested with your shipment.
Branch deliveries
Compra online y con modalidad entrega en sucursal, esta modalidad de entrega no genera ningún tipo de costo y esta limitada al envío de productos menores a 30 kilogramos.

Products in stock and with branch delivery mode may be picked up within 1 hour in the schedules established for each branch.
For machinery delivery, a delivery appointment must be scheduled and will be subject to branch availability.
For machinery branch delivery, it is important to consider that this does not include maneuvers and in case they are requested, they will be charged according to the current supplier costs and in any case will Tanner Máquinas y Herramientas be responsible for any inconvenience derived from this service.
For all branch deliveries, payment must be confirmed, or you must present paymant printed proof, which will be confirmed at the branch by our finance department. For a better service we recommend to confirm prior to your visit.
For branch delivery you will be asked to show an official identification (INE voter's card, Military ID and Mexican Passport, in case you are foreigner you will be asked to show your Passport and/or identity document that proves your nationality). If you do not have any of these identifications it is important to provide us with them by e-mail to ventasonline@tannerherramientas.com the full name of another person who fulfills this requirement and can pick up the order. This measure is for the sole purpose of delivering the order to an authorized person.
When the product is in another of our branches, delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 days.
Releases
Payments by credit or debit card and bank transfer:
In this mode products are shipped once your payment is released by your issuing bank and the security department of the collecting bank. This is generally the next business day after your payment. Tanner Máquinas y Herramientas reserves the right to cancel any payment that does not meet the requirements requested by the bank, this means that in certain cases you may be asked to send us a copy of your identification and/or proof of address and other documents that prove your identity for verification purposes only.
For credit or debit card payments, Tanner Máquinas y Herramientas uses Conekta services for the collection and validation of the customer's information. Tanner Máquinas y Herramientas only forwards the customer's information to the third party (in this case Conekta and its affiliates) to process the payment made and, if applicable, notify Tanner Máquinas y Herramientas of the transaction authorization. Tanner Máquinas e Herramientas stipulates in its Terms and Conditions that the customer accepts that the information will be submitted to a third party for validation and authorization.
In case of any lack of requested documents your payment may be reversed.
Delivery Time
Product delivery time begins at the time the order is released.
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you at the conclusion of your order and will be confirmed via e-mail along with your tracking guide by the parcel services.

Delivery time of the products in stock depends on your order's release according to the payment method and shipment type selected.
On Order Delivery Time
Approximate delivery time of products on order is from 2 to 4 weeks, Tanner Máquinas y Herramientas keeps in contact with the products on order supplier or manufacturer, however, by policies of these suppliers or manufacturers they can decide:

Not supplying any product due to its commercial policies or any other circumstance beyond our company's control, in this case you will be notified by e-mail so that you can decide to change your product for another model or cancel your order.

Supply the order in a longer time than estimated, in this case you will be notified by e-mail so you can decide if you want to continue on hold or cancel your entire order, if you need a product to be shipped separately you will be charged a shipment each time a product is released from inventory.
